How to Add a New Domain in Plesk

Follow this tutorial to add a new domain to your Plesk account. Log in to your Plesk account. Click on Websites & Domains from the Sidebar Menu. Click on Add Domain. Please, choose Blank Website as an option. In Adding New Domain, enter the following details: Select your domain name: Choose the Registered domain name option. If you don’t have a domain, choose Temporary domain name. Registered domain name: Enter your domain name. Hosting Type: Select Website Hosting from the drop-down menu. You can leave all other options as they are. Click on Add Domain. Once your domain is added, you can manage it from the Websites & Domains option.

How to Create an Alias or Park a Domain in cPanel

Note: The domain you want to park must point to the DNS of our server. Log in to your cPanel account. In the Domains section, click on Aliases. Under Create a New Alias. enter the domain name you want to park in the text field. Click on Add Domain. You should see a message that your domain has been parked.

How to Create a Subdomain in cPanel

A subdomain is an additional part of your primary domain. For example, blog.example.com is a subdomain. Please, follow this tutorial to create a subdomain in cPanel. Log in to your cPanel account. In the Domains section, click on Subdomains. Under the Subdomain field, enter your subdomain name, such as demo. Select the appropriate domain from the drop-down list if you have several domains. How to Create Addon Domains in cPanel

Before adding the addon domain, point your addon domain nameservers to your primary domain nameservers and wait for domain propagation. It usually takes between 12 and 24 hours for the changes to take effect. Log in to your cPanel account. In the Domains section, click on Addon Domains. Under the Create an Addon Domain, enter the following details: New Domain Name: Your Addon domain name, such as example2.com. Subdomain: It fills up automatically. Document Root: It fills up automatically. Leave the option Create an FTP account associated with this Addon Domain as it is. Click on Add Domain. You should see a message that the addon domain has been created.

How to Install an SSL on Your Domain Using AutoSSL in cPanel

cPanel can automatically install an SSL on your domain within a few hours. However, even after 24 hours, if an SSL is not installed on your domain, first check the last log of the AutoSSL from cPanel > SSL/TLS Status > Certificate Status. If it shows any errors, try to fix them or open a ticket with us. If it does not show errors, it means AutoSSL did not automatically include your domain. It will help if you force cPanel to run an AutoSSL on your domain and install an SSL Certificate. You can run AutoSSL on your domain in the following way: Log in to your cPanel account. In the Security section, click on SSL/TLS Status. Click on Run AutoSSL. It should show a success or error message.
